Dan Sharif studied at the University of North Carolina at Charlotte, where his years in the United States provided valuable insight into American consumer behavior, lifestyles, and market trends.

 

Upon graduation, he returned to Malaysia and served in the public and private sectors for over 35 years, with the last 10 years in senior roles at entrepreneurship and economic development agencies — giving him direct exposure to manufacturers across multiple industries.

 

He later pursued a Master's in Administrative Science in Malaysia — deepening his understanding of public policy and the cross-cultural collaboration that defines how Enescorp operates today.

In 2018, Dan founded Enescorp International LLC in New Jersey. He later moved the business to Pennsylvania, where it is based today in Allentown.

 

Since then, he has spent more than six years importing, marketing, and selling products in the US.

 

From online channels to retail outlets across the Northeast, he has built hands-on experience selecting products, building brands, and growing a business in the American market.

Today, Enescorp works with more than 30 certified manufacturers across Malaysia, giving buyers a single point of contact from product selection to shipping and customs clearance.

Enescorp is a member of the Specialty Food Association and the Lehigh Valley Chamber of Commerce — that's how it stays current on industry trends and connected with professionals across the food and business community.
