Dan Sharif is the founder of Enescorp International LLC, bringing over 40 years of experience in management, business development, and entrepreneurship. He holds a Master's degree in Administrative Science and is an adjunct professor at DRB-Hicom Automotive University and Universiti Tenaga Nasional in Malaysia, where he shares his knowledge and experience with future industry leaders.

Dan’s exposure to global business began at a young age when he attended the Youth Responses to Globalization Forum in Copenhagen, Denmark organized by Asia-Europe Foundation. There, he had the opportunity to interact with future political, business, and social leaders, an experience that sparked his lifelong passion for international trade and cross-cultural collaboration. He has traveled extensively, delivering speeches and engaging with youth in Asia, Europe, the Middle East, and Africa, further expanding his global perspective.

After completing his studies at the University of North Carolina at Charlotte, Dan returned to Malaysia and advanced through various leadership roles. He served as the Executive Director of the National Entrepreneurship Institute and as Senior Director of a government department focused on inclusive and sustainable economic development. In these roles, he promoted entrepreneurship and spearheaded initiatives to drive export growth.

Dan’s extensive travels across the country, meeting entrepreneurs and understanding their challenges, deepened his insights into business development and market dynamics. This experience played a key role in his entrepreneurial journey.

When Dan attended the Specialty Food Show in New York City for the first time a few years ago, he recognized the demand of the specialty food products in the United States. This led to the founding of Enescorp International in 2018, with a focus on importing specialty food products, household items, perfumes, cosmetics, and accessories here. Dan introduced these products to the American market through trade and consumer shows, as well as online marketplaces.

Today, the company continues to expand, assisting international companies with U.S. market entry, FDA registrations and establishing business partnerships with various parties in North America.
